Terms of Use
These terms govern the use of Company Not Found Studio (the "Studio"), a private desktop tool operated by Co Yazılım for the Company Not Found YouTube channel. By using the Studio you agree to these terms.
1. YouTube Terms of Service
The Studio uses YouTube API Services. By using the Studio, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy. How the Studio itself handles information is described in our Privacy Policy.
2. Who may use the Studio
The Studio is used only by the owner of the Company Not Found channel, on the owner's own computer. It is not offered, sold or distributed to anyone else, and there is no sign-up or user account.
3. What the Studio does
After the owner reviews and approves a finished video, the Studio uploads it to the connected Company Not Found channel as a private video with a scheduled publish time, sets its thumbnail and English captions, declares that it contains synthetic media where applicable, and posts one comment listing its sources once it is public. It also shows the status of these uploads to the owner and can look up public view counts to compare documentary topic ideas.
4. Your responsibilities
- Upload only content that you own or have the rights to use, and follow the YouTube Terms of Service and YouTube's Community Guidelines.
- Review every video before it is uploaded. You remain responsible for everything published on your channel.
- Keep the Studio's authorization token private.
5. Revoking access
You can disconnect at any time with the Studio's Revoke access & delete data button, or on the Google security settings page. See the Privacy Policy for what is deleted and when.
6. No warranty
The Studio is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Co Yazılım is not liable for any loss arising from its use, including failed, delayed or incorrect uploads.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The current version is always on this page, and the Studio asks for agreement again before it is used under changed terms.
