Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Company Not Found Studio (the "Studio") accesses, how it is used and stored, and how you can revoke access and have it deleted. The Studio is operated by Co Yazılım for the Company Not Found YouTube channel ("we", "us").
1. The Studio uses YouTube API Services
The Studio uses YouTube API Services (the YouTube Data API) to upload and schedule videos on the Company Not Found channel. By using the Studio you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of your information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
2. Who uses the Studio
The Studio is a private desktop tool. It runs only on the channel owner's own computer, and its only user is the owner of the Company Not Found channel. It is not offered, sold or distributed to anyone else, and there is no sign-up or user account. The Studio asks its user to agree to this policy and to the Terms of Use before a YouTube account can be connected.
3. Information the Studio accesses and stores
With the permission you grant through Google's consent screen (scopes youtube.upload and youtube.force-ssl), the Studio accesses only the following:

The Studio sends to YouTube only the channel owner's own material: the video file, title, description, tags, thumbnail, English captions, scheduled publish time, the synthetic-media disclosure, and one comment listing the video's sources.
The Studio does not access or store information about other users or channels, subscriber lists, YouTube Analytics or Reporting data, comments by other people, messages, contacts, location or payment information.
4. How the information is used and shared
The information above is used only to provide the Studio's features: uploading and scheduling the channel's own videos, setting their thumbnails and captions, posting the source comment, and showing their status to the owner. It is processed only on the owner's computer and is sent only to Google, as part of the YouTube API requests themselves.
We do not share this information with any internal or external party, do not sell it, do not use it for advertising or profiling, and do not combine it with other data sources.
5. Third-party content and advertising
The Studio does not allow any third party to serve content or advertisements in the Studio.
6. Information stored on your device
The Studio stores the OAuth token and the information listed in section 3 in files on the owner's computer. The Studio does not use cookies or similar tracking technologies, and it does not allow third parties to store, access or collect information on your device.
This website (companynotfound.coyazilim.com) sets no cookies, runs no analytics and loads no third-party resources. Like most web servers, ours may keep standard access logs (IP address, time, requested page) for a short period for security purposes.
7. How long information is kept
- The OAuth token is kept only while the channel is connected.
- Data received from YouTube is refreshed each time the Studio synchronizes with YouTube. Data that has not been refreshed for 30 days is deleted automatically and is never used: the Studio checks this every time it runs, before doing anything else.
- Public view counts used for topic research are deleted by the same check once they are 30 days old.
8. Revoking access and deleting your data
- Inside the Studio: the Revoke access & delete data button (Turkish label: "Bağlantıyı kes ve verileri sil") immediately revokes the Studio's authorization with Google and deletes the token, the channel information and all stored YouTube data from the computer.
- In your Google Account: you can revoke the Studio's access at any time on the Google security settings page, https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. The Studio can then no longer access or refresh your data, and the data it stored is deleted automatically once it is 30 days old (see section 7), or immediately with the button above.
- By email: you can ask us to delete stored data at info@coyazilim.com. We delete it within 7 days.
9. Children
The Studio is not directed at children and is used only by the channel owner.
10. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update it on this page and change the effective date above. The Studio asks for agreement again before it is used under a changed policy.
